On 27/06/26 I had an extremely courteous , efficient and problem solving experience at Lenskart Goa. I had a problem with a glass which is also used by me for reading, MS. LIZMA stayed put with processing my request for an extra 5 minutes, after the end of working hours, in order to conclude my issue ; she patiently waited for approval from the backend ( online approval ) and made no direct or indirect hints that me and my family should leave and come back the next day because the working hours were over ( I MUST MENTION HERE THAT MY REQUEST PROCESSING TOOK A SUFFICIENTLY AMOUNT OF TIME AND IT WAS NOT JUST ABOUT THE LAST FIVE MINUTES ). This is indeed very kind of her that she choose to help. Its people like MS LIZMA who ensure that the customer feels like compelled by a pull force; to stay loyal to the brand of Lenskart. Employees like Ms. Lizma give back to the society as well as the company they work for; by creating valuable elements of goodwill for the company as well as the customers of the company. It’s the power of the good work of people like Ms. Lizma which motivate a customer like me to write a review even if it has been 15 days past the event. I felt duty bound to leave a positive review before leaving Goa because I feel both Lenskart Mall De Goa Branch and Ms. Lizma deserves it by virtue of the sincerity and efficiency - that is handed out to a customer. In fact, as a customer I recommend that Ms. Lizma may be considered to be deployed by Lenskart to train for sincerity, efficiency and patience for brand building - by incorporating her as a trainer, if it fits the internal policy outlook of Lenskart.
