Ordered progressive lens through this store. It's been 10 days and there is no update yet. Also unable to reach out the store. The contact number always says that I am outside during store hours, please call later. Upon insisting, the contact person gives another number which is invalid. Pathetic customer service particularly if you are ordering for lens change.
