Today I visited a Lenskart store and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely polite and offered me a complimentary eye test, which was a great touch. Everyone was helpful, but I’d especially like to mention Hari bhai his product knowledge and customer handling skills are truly impressive. Also, a big appreciation for the manager, Jyoti, whose management and overall service were outstanding. I absolutely loved the experience.
