Staff polite and helpful. Quality first class. I supplied my own prescription and purchased two pairs of glasses with 50% thinner lenses and variafocul. Equivelent in England would be mega expensive. Some rules difficult to comprehend.

Walked in to repair a lenskart pair and the lady was very rude. First told me it couldn't be repaired as there was a screw lodged in the case - Then when I informed her that this has happened before and lenskart repaired it , proceeded to take a screw driver without any apparent experience. I took the pair away and got it repaired in the Panjim shop !

Spent over 1.5 hours in this store trying to order 4 pairs of spectacles.The staff had no idea what they were doing, the senior person who had been asleep on the back room floor left a young girl on her own to serve us. Every time someone else came in she left what she was doing with us and served them. Finally after 3 attempts to put our order through they decided the system wasn't working and would we come back. The prices may be cheap but the service is atrocious. We won't be returning and will go back to our regular optician in Calangute

If I could give minus stars I would! We spent 2 hours in here a week ago choosing 4 frames. One assistant kept leaving us every time someone else came in and the senior person left the shop to get food. Finally they gave us some attention and put our order on the system but said there was a problem with taking payment and we would have to go back next day. Have been in 3 times since and we were finally told yesterday we couldn't order glasses as we only had a UK telephone number.We have wasted a whole week waiting and returning for very bad customer service. We have asked them to delete all our details from their system and have gone to Dangui Optician in Calangute where we always get fast efficient service with a smile!
