I got a very good experience. I had a issue with a product purchased from lenskart store bailbazar kalyan district Thane. So I gave a bad review for that product. After that Shalini Bhatt madam from banglore called me and promised to replace my deffective eyeglasses with new one.
As directed by Shalini madam I visited this store. Staff here was very helpful specially one female staff whose name unfortunately I forgot.
They send me my new eyeglasses by courier without charging any cost.
