Yesterday had excellent shopping experience at lenskart whitefield Observed tremendous patience of Ms. Yeoshitha(Opto) to determine the exact power of my Son being he is small and facing issue with the existing specs and also her suggestion on which frame she should use & end to end service from Mr Barkat store Manager. Finally Also observed Safety protocol perfectly being followed by all for the customers at the store.

Yeoshitha at lenskart checked my eye sight to perfection. she found them normal and didn't prescribed any glasses. Once her job was over, I pulled another report for the eye checking done by one of the leading eye centres(Sankar eye hospital). she scanned through the report and reexamined with me again, explaining why the report taken at Sankar eye hospital looked like do. I was extremely pleased with her attention to details. And yes, I wasn't charged anything since she didn't recommend me any glasses. Thanks Yeoshitha for delighting the customers and making them comfortable.
