Yesterday I had very bad experience with the female staff working at manikonda lenskart ,I asked her to tighten the frame as it is falling down but she went in came back and said she can adjust only that much and responded very recklessly, when we asked her already last time one staff has adjusted and then she went to other staff and clarified and he responded saying that the technician who work on 3 piece is not available she would have said the same before but instead she said it is not possible ,it was highly
disappointment ,if she can't do it before talking to customer she has to confirm and then reply to the customer.
