What an excellent experience! We had been given a tip from our optometrist back in Canada that India had quality glasses for great prices - with that, we had a mission! We were only in Mumbai for two nights and came in to this Lenskart location which was near to our hotel. We were immediately greeted by the wonderful and kind staff. In particular, Omkar went above and beyond to assist and was solutions oriented in finding a way for us to get our many pairs of prescription spectacles (18 between us!) before our journey around India came to an end. We ordered from the store in Fort, but had the finished products delivered to a store in Delhi. All went swimmingly and the glasses are all of excellent quality. Huge thanks to the staff at Lenskart Fort, especially Omkar. Highly recommend this store and the Lenskart brand!
