Your store at sector 12 is well maintained, equipped with a varied options of specs/frames etc & staff are affable, warm and well mannered. Budh Priya attended to us this time ( 5years back too). He is a patient listener, polite and friendly. He is open to ideas for his customer's well-being. He keeps himself abreast with his knowledge & extremely well behaved - a complete professional with good salesmanship skills! A special mention to Neha - while checking my power she realised I was exhibiting cylindrical error along with distance power in my vision & immediately advised me to go to an accredited eye centre. Most people/staff wouldn't have bothered & would have just handed over my latest vision power. I am extremely grateful and will always be obliged to her. Kudos to your entire team - a pat on their shoulders for rendering excellent service !!! 🥰❤️❤️🙏
