Would like to thank Lenskart , BANASHANKARI II stage , for their excellent service . We had purchased spectacles in 2019 , and the staff were so courteous and spent time with utmost patience , in conducting the eye test and in letting us choose the spectacles . Also would like to mention, that again recently , a week ago , we had placed an online order , and had arranged for home test . However the home test was really really not to our satisfaction, and was done very hurriedly and hence when we requested the BANASHANKARI II STAGE Lenskart to do a re test , they kindly obliged and Mr Gopalakrishna in the BANASHANKARI II STAGE Lenskart did a thorough testing , clarifying all the doubts, totally to the customers satisfaction . They also helped us adjust our old spectacles. All the above done without any charge . Also was happy to note that they are following all the covid protocols , and thus ensuring safety . Extremely happy to post this review about the BSK II STAGE Lenskart . Thank you very much to all the staff of BSK II STAGE for your excellent service.
