One of the excellent store i have visit recently. Ambience is good. Excellent collection, and very good customer service. Staff are clearly tell the all eye related informations, and products.

Nice collections and good mannered staffs

I visited the Pothencode store on 29th May around 6:30 PM and had a truly fantastic experience. As soon as we entered, a staff member named *Mr. Adwaid* warmly welcomed us. He asked about our requirements and explained everything clearly and professionally. Even though I asked several questions, he answered all of them with great patience. I was so impressed that I ended up buying spectacles for my daughter, and my wife also availed of the 1+1 spectacles offer. ?While I was there, I noticed the store was very busy with a lot of customers. The Manager, *Mr. Vinu*, was handling the rush wonderfully. He took excellent care of the customers while managing his staff in a very calm, soft-spoken, and supportive manner. It was great to see such leadership. ? I request the management to congratulate Mr. Adwaid, Mr.Vinu, and the entire Pothencode store team. We got a great deal and a wonderful offer, ending up with 3 spectacles today—and we will definitely be back to get more for the rest of our family. Thank you Sreeragh R S Pothencode, Trivandrum.
