Very disappointing experience. I ordered two pairs of glasses under the Buy One Get One offer on 26 May and was promised delivery by 2 June. There was no communication regarding delays, and I had to visit the store myself to learn that one pair had arrived defective. Later, I was informed that there was also an issue with the lens, causing further delays. What is most frustrating is not just the delay but the complete lack of customer communication and the apparent quality control issues. Eyeglasses are an essential product, and customers should not be left waiting for weeks because defective items continue to arrive. A company of this scale should have stronger quality checks and should proactively keep customers informed when problems arise. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations and has significantly reduced my confidence in the brand's service standards.
