This 5-star rating was originally given solely for the eye examination experience at this outlet. I was genuinely impressed by how thoroughly my eyes were tested. I’ve visited other Lenskart outlets before, but the level of care, effort, and attention to detail here was exceptional. A special mention to Awais Raza, who conducted my eye test. He was highly patient, polite, and appeared very attentive throughout the examination. He checked even the smallest details with great precision, making the process feel far more comprehensive than many eye tests I’ve experienced before. However, unfortunately, my experience changed completely after receiving the glasses. I received my glasses 3 days ago, and the prescribed number does not seem to suit me at all. Within just 2 minutes of wearing them, I developed a severe headache that lasted for the entire day. While wearing glasses my left-eye vision also became completely blurred, and I was unable to focus properly on objects. I later had the glasses’ power checked against the prescription by a Lenskart representative, and I also got them checked with a doctor in my hometown. The glasses were found to be made exactly according to the prescription. So, the issue does not appear to be with how the glasses were manufactured, but rather with the eye examination/prescription itself. This is extremely disappointing because all the effort put into the eye examination ultimately seems to have gone to waste. The person conducting the test may have been polite and thorough, but based on my experience, the final result suggests that the examination was not accurate enough. I strongly believe eye testing should not be treated as an experiment, especially when an incorrect assessment can cause significant discomfort. More caution and responsibility are needed while determining someone's eye power. Unfortunately, what started as an extremely impressive eye-test experience has ended in a very disappointing one. ?

Hi, my name is Ram. I shopped at the Lenskart store in Scheme No. 114, spending around ?6,799. I was told that if I purchased their premium lenses, I would receive a free pair of sunglasses 14 days after the pickup date. It has been two months now; I have visited the store multiple times, but the store manager—the lady who processed my bill—has taken no action. I have made numerous trips without finding a solution or receiving the sunglasses, and I am not getting a proper response. The manager neither provided accurate information nor communicated effectively regarding my sunglass coupon. This was my first experience with Lenskart, and it was very disappointing. Because of the store manager at the Scheme No. 114 location, I would never recommend that my family or friends shop there. I am giving the Scheme No. 114 Lenskart store manager a one-star rating, and I would like the manager to be properly informed about the sunglasses and coupons, as I still haven't received them.
