Wonderful experience
RizwanDT
We had a great experience at Lenskart. We gave six pairs of glasses to be tightened and were informed that it might take quite some time and would most likely be ready only the next day. Since we were busy and flying out the following day, this was a bit challenging for us. However, the store manager Jithin went above and beyond to help us. He somehow managed to get all six pairs tightened within a few hours and personally called us to let us know they were ready for collection. Truly impressed by his dedication, efficiency, and customer-first attitude. Excellent service and highly appreciated!
