I recently visited Lenskart Vaishali, and honestly, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff was not attentive, and I did not feel valued as a customer at all. The overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
In contrast, the Lenskart store near Annapurna (in front of Dussehra Maidan) offers much better service. The staff there is polite, helpful, and makes the entire process smooth and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend visiting the Annapurna location instead for a better experience.
