Visited the store for a small repair of my fossil glasses. The frame cracked during repair. Manager Manu was proactive and excellent to get the issue resolved even though it needed multiple follow-ups to Lenskart from him. Much appreciated. Lenskart team if you’re listening/ watching, Manu needs to be recognised for his immaculate work etiquette and customer satisfaction.

It was great experience

I went there for a free eye test as it was due for a long time now. The optometrist named Madhumita did all the eye testing with utmost patience and understood my problems very well. She even kept asking me if I have any doubts during the process. The eye testing equipments are of the highest quality. The process took almost 15 mins. After every test, she finally explained about the current power and what precautions should be taken to prevent further deterioration. Once I got my power card, I went to choose my new frame. The salesperson was very accommodating and helped me find the best frames. I finally placed an order for my new frames. I never expected my experience at lenskart store to be this good. I highly recommend others to visit this store. Worth it!
