One more Journey
Worst customer experience, they would charge you for even walking inside the store. I ordered a ?2200 powered spectacles yet I was asked to pay ?10 for a carry bag. ?10 is not a big deal or a huge amount but as a customer who has already paid that much should not experience any inconveniences. Tho the store manager is good and very cooperative but this culture needs to be changed.
