I visited the store yesterday for an issue with frame bought last week. The order was placed from a different store, but went here for repair as ot was the nearest store. I have to appreciate the means in which they were proactive in the issue. Since providing the spectacles for few days for repair was not an option due to migrane issues, the store representative was proactive in reaching out to near by store to find the same frame and size, and replace the frame. The store is also big providing a large varieties of options for frames. I am providing this review because the store is new, the were prompt and proactive to provide solution to our issue and they "did not" ask me to provide a rating. They just wanted satisfied customers. Kudos keep up the good work

I really appreciate the gesture and response received from the staff and she explained the all types of the glasses and it’s specifications without any hesitation.The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist with my queries. Glass and frame quality is very well ..The showroom has very good infrastructure with a wide range .also appreciate the cleanliness and well-maintained environment, which made the visit very pleasant. Overall, a highly satisfying experience. Definitely recommend this showroom..
