Yesterday l went to Lenskart (Santacruz West) outlet and was really happy to find that inspite of the fact that my warranty period was over the staff out there named Dilip helped me with the small repair work and he also corrected the fault due to daily wear and tear immediately without charging me anything for the service , hence l felt l must share the prompt service he offered with a smiling face..

Wonderful experience at the Santacruz branch. Got my eye check-up done and purchased hustlr blue light blocking glasses. I was attended by Pratik Masaye and he was very kind and helpful. Eye check up was sone kertana and again very polite staff.
