I recently visited a Lenskart store with my mom, and honestly, it felt like we walked into a place where customers don’t exist. From the moment we entered, not a single staff member bothered to acknowledge us no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. It was almost impressive how committed they were to ignoring customers. The staff seemed extremely busy… but not with customers. They were either chatting among themselves or pretending to be occupied. We stood there for a good 5–10 minutes, clearly looking around, expecting at least basic assistance. But no one came forward to ask what we needed. So we did what any unattended customers would do started browsing frames on our own. But what’s the point of visiting a physical store if you’re going to be treated like invisible people? The whole experience felt awkward and unprofessional. Eventually, we just walked out. No one noticed, no one cared which pretty much sums up their customer service.?? I’m giving 2? out of 5 stars. Those 2 stars are purely for the brand’s reputation and potential, because clearly the store staff aren’t contributing anything to it. The remaining 3 stars are deducted for completely ignoring customers and delivering one of the most disappointing retail experiences I’ve had.

i checked my mother's eye power,that was totally wrong, before that i made my spec from here,now i have doubt on my spec and power also
