I had a really good experience at Lenskart. Honestly, I was a little doubtful before going in because I was visiting mainly for the free eye check-up and I wondered whether they would attend to me properly like any other customer. But the staff completely changed my mind. Everyone was very polite, respectful and helpful throughout my visit. They did my eye check-up very carefully and explained everything properly instead of just rushing through it. They also guided me at every step and gave me proper advice, which I really appreciated. Before visiting this store, I had actually gone to another Lenskart store where I felt like I was being judged and my eye check-up wasn't taken very seriously. But my experience here was completely different. The staff made me feel comfortable and treated me with genuine attention and respect. I was honestly surprised by how polite and helpful everyone was. It's not often that you come across staff who are this patient and genuinely willing to help. Overall, it was a really great experience and I would definitely recommend this Lenskart store to others.
