We had ordered glasses online but somewhere fitting was not up to the mark. Later we went to Phoenix mall and exchanged it at Lenskart store! As it was really urgent as I had my international flight in next 3 days.
We met Gajanand there & requested him for another model of glasses.
He understood our problem & he went out of the way & personally delivered us the glasses after his office time, it was such a good experience with Lenskart.
