We visited this store again, solely because of the exceptional customer service, professionalism, and hospitality. My brother and I came from outside Kerala, and we were impressed by the friendly staff who assisted us in selecting sunglasses and specs for our mom. They were incredibly helpful, guiding us on which options would suit us best and ensuring comfort without pushing us to spend more money. While the other two staff members were also commendable, we particularly appreciated Sneha’s guidance. The staff at this store are truly an asset, making our shopping experience delightful.
