I was referred to this branch by the Dwarka Mor store after they refused to process my father's lens replacement order. Since the requirement was urgent, I travelled to this branch hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, I faced the same issue here. Initially, I was told that the facility was unavailable and that the printer was not working. It felt as though every possible reason was being given to avoid taking the order. After repeatedly requesting assistance and explaining that all prescription details were already available through Lenskart, the staff member finally agreed to accept the spectacles and assured me that the process would be completed by the next day around 12 PM to 1 PM. However, the promised update did not arrive during the stated time. The most disappointing part was the lack of customer care and ownership. Travelling between stores late at night for a simple lens replacement should not be this difficult. I expected a more professional and helpful approach from a brand as established as Lenskart.
