Well experience was good here. Imfact I wanted something with small size which I was not getting anywhere but at the shop finally I got it. Executive was good enough to understand the issue and offer what was needed. I ordered a set of spects. One of it wasn't good as I expected. I request for an exchange I contact to staff and request it to speed up exchange process. I would like to name the person Mr. Avinash Saroj from LensKart team helped me to get my exchange order earlier. I really appreciate Mr. Avinash Saroj. Thank you so much!!!

We were puzzling since last 3 months as after servicing at Salunke vihar Store Mrs Arora could not see properly from Roddenstock lenses while there was no issue with ordinary glass purchased by her as back up. No one could find out the actual cause of disturb vision in this glass after servicing. He was Mr AVINASH who found the fault that during servicing by mistake left and right glass were interchanged and created whole problem. Also the damage in lens was also on this account as there may not be exactly matching size and shape for left and right.
