In person, I felt deep inside my heart that due to lack of knowledge, unfriendly attitude, no bothering of selling small ticket size etc sometimes make a wrong impression over and organization at one side.... But coincidentally I visited this store on the same day and met Mr. Sunil ojha, tested my eyes with miss Divya and met one more staff... Being a new store, I truly loved the environment, the precision of testing my eyes, suggestions and actually giving the right lenses for my need touched me a lot... Which made me feel that the bad experience which I experienced in other store looked diminished in front of this... The fire which was burning in me turned into ashes in few hours

Every team member was courteous and made me feel valued as a customer. A special mention goes to the optometrist – she was truly exceptional. She took the time to clearly explain my eye condition and provided insightful counselling that was both informative and reassuring. Her expertise and calm demeanor made the entire eye check-up process smooth and comfortable. Overall I’m very impressed with the service quality and customer care at Lenskart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and customer-friendly optical service!!!!
