I recently visited the Lenskart store in Munshipulia, Lucknow to pick up my order, and I had a really great experience. The staff was very polite and welcoming, and they handled everything smoothly and professionally. Even though I was just there for pickup, they made sure to assist me properly, checked the fitting, and ensured I was completely satisfied with my glasses. Their behavior was friendly and respectful, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I’m really happy with the service. Great staff and excellent customer care—definitely recommend visiting this store! Just one suggestion for the team handling packing materials: kindly ensure that a carry bag is provided. It would make the experience even more convenient for customers. This was the only minor issue I faced—otherwise, everything was excellent.

Had a great experience at the Lenskart store. I visited around 9:15 PM with my family, and despite the closing time being 10 PM, the staff patiently conducted eye tests for all of us until 10:45 PM without any hesitation. They were extremely helpful and professional. They also replaced my lens which was very convenient. The next day, when I went to purchase glasses, the process was quick and smooth. Truly appreciate their dedication and excellent service!
