The product quality is excellent, but what truly stood out was the staff. Especially Manager Abdul, who was extremely cooperative, knowledgeable, and customer-friendly and the other staff is also very nice. He made the entire buying process smooth and comfortable. Truly impressed with the overall service!!!

Posting this review after purchasing and receiving the spects. What I like in this store is it's not very crowded it's having limited customer but the facility they are providing is top notch .. The person who test my eye sahil is very decent and provide adequate amount of time to each Customer to get the proper power with answering the questions. I suggest before going to the store of you already chosen some items in your cart and let the team know about your choice they are really helpful . They also not force anyone to took gold membership or something like that they just want to let you know the offers after that it's all depends on you. I really love there behaviour and customer handling it's my 7th store of lenskart but till now this one is the best. This is not for store but for lenskart you should provide them a piece of lens as there are 8 -9 types so customer need to know the real time example only that is missing other then that it's a excellent service from the store Thankyou
