I’ve been a Lenskart customer for over 2 years now, and I genuinely love the brand. I currently own 4 pairs of Lenskart glasses myself, and my brother has 3 more. We’ve always trusted Lenskart for quality and style. Recently, I visited the Parvat Patiya Lenskart store to get all my specs cleaned and serviced. The experience was honestly really smooth. The store manager, Asif Shaikh, and sales executive, Narpat bhai, were both super friendly and helpful. They guided me through the whole process patiently and made sure each pair was properly checked and cleaned. They also got my eyes tested without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was polite and professional, and I didn’t feel rushed or ignored at any point. I’ve had great experiences with Lenskart in the past too, but this one really stood out because of the service quality at this particular store. It just makes you feel good when staff go the extra mile. Big thanks to Asif and Narpat bhai for making the visit so pleasant!
