This new outlet clearly needs proper staff training. The team lacks basic customer service etiquette. While attending to one customer, they completely ignore others even when repeatedly called or approached. A simple acknowledgment or assurance would make a big difference, but unfortunately, that’s missing.
This kind of service is disappointing and not what one would expect. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves staff responsiveness and customer handling.
