Well, first and foremost i would love to mention that me being an indecisive person, spent every weekend for three weeks at this store deciding upon which frames and lenses to buy. Had also intentionally read negative reviews about lenskart before visiting it in person just to be aware. So, eventually asked n number of questions and doubts regarding each and everything. But to my surprise, the staff did a commendable job of having patience and calm with my cross questioning and answered each and every question of mine with sincerity and honesty. Rare to see such kind of employees at stores in today's marketplace. It was a fruitful experience and helped me take a right decision filled without any regrets. Special mention :- Sajid was the guy who helped me understand what would be the best frame for me along with the type of lenses which will be the most beneficial. Kajal was an angel who made sure that i procured the right vision power for my eyes buy suggesting me to get it done from a reputed eye hospital just for a second accurate confirmation. Nitin kept me entertained by answering questions which were quite penetrating. Overall a wonderful experience and glad i didnt go along with the negative reviews heard so far about lenskart, which now i believe have been spread by other opticians whose business have taken a hit. Haters gonna hate. Visit the store to witness the cordial and upbeat response. And yes, the frames are good. So are the lenses. And so are the services. Take my word for it.
