Visited the store today at kavesar lenskart have good variety of sunglasses and spectacle very happy with the visit . I had very good eye testing experience with Dr Shaheen she is very sincere and did her job fantabulous.

Visited the store to check how can the coating of my approx. 1-year-old lens cart frame be done, but to my surprise, they replaced the same with a branded new one. I was not at all expecting the same. What a WOW moment for me. Kudos lenskart, totally a game changer in this industry.

Ms. Shaheen Shaikh needs special mention.She provided amazing customer experience.Explained is the various options available & helped us to get the best benefits.We had given the eye test reports to her. She verified & ensured it was correct. She explained the pros & cons of each frame we had chosen . Helped us to register as new member. We opted for 2 glasses as there was a discount going on. The correct lenses were chosen. She was very fast making the order online .The spectacles was delivered on the promised days. The overall experience was good.
