Yesterday, I visited the Lenskart store in Haldwani (Kaladhungi) along with a friend, simply to have a look around. I had no intention of making a purchase, but I ended up interacting with Mr. Jitendra Giri, the store manager. He explained Lenskart's excellent policies to me, and I really appreciated the clear and thorough manner in which he provided the details. I have now decided to purchase a pair of progressive eyeglasses for my father specifically from him. Furthermore, I will recommend to my friends that they visit the Haldwani (Kaladhungi) store as well; judging by the manager's pleasant demeanor, I am confident that everyone will have a wonderful shopping experience there.
