Not a good experience with the newly opened store. I ordered two lenses, and I was informed that the expected delivery time was one week. However, when I visited the store on the promised delivery date, I was simply told that the delivery had been delayed, without any prior notification or professional communication.
A delay can happen, but informing customers in advance and handling the situation professionally is important. I hope the store improves its customer service and communication going forward.
