Very great experience initially when I went to them for eye checkup the staff was extremely helpful and calm they treated us like friends not like patients also they help us choose the best frames for us and the specs arrived in just 2 days but when I got it i felt that the power has a bit too high so I got it checked by my family eye doctor and there was a difference in power we told lenskart about that and they quickly agreed to make new spectacles for us without any problem we got our refund and then asked me to choose another frame or continue with the previous frame only i decided to choose new frame got they recommend some best frames also for discount they advised to use a phone number which hasn't been registered yet which no one tells and specs arrived the next day only
