Very unprofessional staff, one of them didn't inform me about the insurance as it's not included in the bill. Later when i asked she said i had to inform her, and also she was very rude.
I don't recommend this store at all for purchasing Lenskart spectacles. The staffs should inform everything to the customer what's included and what's not included in the bill.
Also one of the staff member just took my number and added it on the lens checking queue, whereas i had went to pick my order.

I had experienced worst service even though I had gold membership too.
Staff didn't made me clear about when I will receive my lens , just asked me where you want your lenses (unclear date of delivery- as being first time at lenskart it is mandatory to tell all benifits) and furthermore I asked for lens replacement there was network error and my first attempt Free has gone wasted , she asked me to get someone else number and get wasted there first free lens offer.
