Went on Saturday evening peak hours. Though crowded, Ubaid diligently attended to the needs and clarified concerns for me & my family. Completed multiple orders at the store after he showed me all possible combinations to get the best deal.
It was faster for me as I already had my prescription from an ophthal beforehand. The queue for instore eye testing was quite long. If going for eye test then plan in lean hours.

Want to mention that is appealing that evrrytime I come to the Chembur Store they never have a colored lens for daily wear. The staff never give a reason for this and they often don't have a clue.
