would like to clarify that the feedback I submitted after my eye test was not intended for the eye test staff. Ms. Pooja, who conducted my eye test, was professional, polite, and helpful. I have no complaints regarding her service.
My concern was only regarding the manager's behavior. During my visit, the manager spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner, which made me uncomfortable. I felt that other customers were being treated more politely.
The technician who repaired my glasses also did a good job, and the rest of the staff were supportive and professional. Therefore, my complaint is only about the manager's behavior and not about Ms. Pooja, the eye test team, or the repair technician.
I would also like to mention that I was not aware that the survey feedback would be associated with the eye test staff. If I receive the survey link again, I would be happy to submit a proper and positive feedback for the staff members who assisted me.
Since the survey link is no longer available to me, I kindly request that you please share the feedback link again, if possible, so that I can submit the correct feedback and accurately reflect my experience with the staff.
