We shopped at the Banjara hills store near city center .Mr abubakar helped us alot with the frames and lenses.The lenses are really good and frames are strong and comfortable. We wanted fast delivery as we had to send them to foreign . Abubakar helped us to get the frames as fast as possible

They replaced my glasses (which had gotten scratched) even after the warranty period was over, and again took a request for another replacement for the same glasses even though it wasn't their fault.
