When I looked up Lenskart stores near me and found the one at Balapur x roads with a (flawless) 5 star rating, i became a bit suspicious and thought that these were some made up ratings. However when i visited the store to get my Lenskart spects repaired i realised why the store has a 5 star rating.
It's the people, the staff and their service.
