I had bough my lenses in jan and when they were loosened from the hinges, I went to thr nearby lenskart store in tathawade,
Thankfully Vidya and sagar helped me out and repaired my specs in time
Overall it was a very good experience as they also explained me about the warranty and lenskart policies :)
