we had some issue with our frame and it got broke so they immediately informed us and told us to choose another one and in the whole conversation staff was very supportive and cooperative they helped us through a whole process and made our work easy and seamless . though we chose expensive frame in exchange but we got it for a good price and paid additional money but the whole lenskart team and employee is very good at their work???
