This Lenskart store is very good, as they have a real optometrist (with bachelor degree certificate visible on the wall) who does the 12 step eye test.
Staff behavior is completely normal and nobody is rude. The people here writing bad reviews about staff behavior doesn't know about the dakshin gangotri store and the scam the shopowner does with eyetesting.
The shop is big and contains wide range of specs. For the lenses they explained me the benefits of every lens (with pricing) to help me choose one.
