will like to share great shopping experience at lenskart saket city walk location had heard and lot about lenskart but had never experienced it and was skeptical of the idea of not getting the personal touch when dealing with big corporate as i needed the assistance and glasses for my elderly parents. but it all changed with experience we had at the store owing to the following individuals 1 sophia - the optometrist will like share that she is very capable, learned, intelligent and mature individual with a pleasant personality and all credit to her that she could make my parents comfortable at this age and also satisfy then and obtain their present eye numbers. She is very capable for her job and a valuable asset to the organization. 2 sakshi choudhary - The stylist as her position is a appropriate candidate for the job with her pleasant, calm, patient, helpful demeanor she actually made us make the first purchase by finding a frame that suited my taste. She is a hard worker and did go the extra mile for me to find something 3 bipasha guleria - the optometrist was the first lady we had met in our visit last time and she again did an fabulous job and made my father comfortable and gave us the correct guidance. She had a confident and pleasing personality. She is well learned and capable of her job. 4 pankaj sharma- sales associate he’s a great individual and true professional. He’s a hard worker and i can vouch for that as i have seen him take ownership of the situation and the work for everyone and with his followup on behalf of the store truly proved that he is indispensable part of the functioning of the store 5 lokesh rai- store manager he is great and has been in support of his staff from behind as a senior. he was available when needed. now due to all the above i think lenskart has gained a loyal customer in me and and now i can with confidence refer it to family and friends. As i landed us buying 8-9 units of lenses and frames due to all these people above. therefore will request lenskart to appreciate and recognize them as these are the individuals because of whom the brand gains respect and recognition.
