Finding Out Your Power
In order to find out your power, you can opt for an eye test at Lenskart. You can either visit your nearest
store for a free eye check-up or book a home eye test for only ₹99! The safe & thorough 12-step eye test will be done by a
certified optometrist with the latest equipment, and you’ll be provided the prescription immediately after
the check-up.
Quality Assurance
Quality is at the core of all Lenskart products. All our products are thoughtfully designed using
high-quality materials like acetate, stainless steel, titanium & TR90. This ensures maximum comfort,
protection, flexibility and breakage-resistance. We also offer a 6-month warranty on all our glasses.
If You Don’t Have Your Prescription
It is okay if you do not have your prescription handy. You can update your prescription within 7 days of
purchasing any eyewear. Simply place the order and provide your power using the links shared in the SMS &
email sent to you post-order completion.
Submitting Your Power
You can submit your power details after completing the purchase in a number of ways - by uploading a
picture of your prescription, manually entering it online, requesting a callback from our team.

The estimated delivery timelines are subject to the following conditions being met:
The order is considered “complete” only after the power is provided by the customer for single-vision &
bifocal eyeglasses. Your order will not get processed until you provide your prescription or update your
power. This will lead to a delay in the delivery timelines committed.
In order to ensure that only the best-quality eyewear reaches you, our products undergo a rigorous
quality check. If during the quality check, it is observed that the product does not match the highest
quality, a new product is manufactured exclusively for you. We will ensure that we still maintain the
delivery timelines in these cases. However, there can be a possible delay if the quality check fails for
any of the products in your order.
Next day Delivery Terms & Conditions:-
If the product is not delivered the next day, you will receive a maximum cashback of ₹5000 or 50% of the
product's discounted value, whichever is lower, in the form of LK Cash+. This cashback is non-transferable
and cannot be redeemed as cash.
The day we receive your prescription/power details is considered Day 0. The next day is counted as Day 1
of the promised delivery timeline.
If an order is placed after 9 PM, the placement day will be considered as Day 0. The following day will
be counted as Day 1 of the promised delivery timeline.

Refund Eligibility
Eyeglasses/Powered Sunglasses - Within 14 days from the date of delivery / collection from store

Contact Lens - Within 14 days from the date of delivery (Lenses should be unworn, with the sealed
outer packaging intact) Contact Lens can be returned at any Lenskart store. We do not offer pick-up
service for it, and do not accept any courier containing contact lens from customers.
Post the refund eligibility period, only exchange will be provided.
Phonics Eyewear is eligible for a refund within 14 days only for size and fit issues. It can only be
exchanged at the store within one year for manufacturing defects or within 14 days for power-related
issues from the date of delivery.
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy from the date of delivery /collection
from our stores on all progressive and bifocal eyeglasses.
Non-Refundable products
Branded contact lenses (sold by contactskart.com) are eligible for a refund only if returned to store
within 14 days of purchase.
Lens solution, case & accessories are non refundable.
Gold, Gold Max, Gold Max Pro memberships, any other memberships and Insurance are non-refundable as
they are service-based plans.

The Return Process
There are many ways through which you can return a product.
Schedule a pick-up
Raise a return request through the app in the “My Orders” section or click on “Need Help/Contact
Us”.
We provide 100% free pick-up service (few cities may be excluded) from your address within 1-2 days
after the request has been raised. Please keep the product(s) ready & hand it over to our allotted
pick-up partners.
The products(s) will then be checked for quality & verified. Wrong/Damaged items & empty returns
will not be proceeded.
Once the product is picked up, received at our warehouse & has passed the requisite quality check,
the exchange will be processed, or a refund will be initiated within 24 hours and credited to your
account within 7–10 days.

In case your location is not eligible for reverse pick-up, you can courier the same to us.
Pack the product(s) in a box.
We will send you a return label on your registered email. Please get a printout of this label &
stick it on the box.

On an average, it takes 10-12 days for the refund to be processed, post initiation.
We offer a wide range of convenient options for you to exchange a product. However, if you still wish to
return a product, you can choose to receive the refunded amount for said product. While raising a return
request on the app/website or through customer support, we will prompt you to choose the refund method.

This is an amount issued in lieu of the order returned to us and is credited in your Lenskart account.
You can use this online or at any Lenskart store.

Return, refund and exchange on your purchase is applicable provided you meet with the following
conditions: (a) The price tag and any other identification tag, the invoice and the original packing
must be intact and sent back; (b) The product should not have been used or should not have any dirt or
scratches or tear or in short should not be rendered unsellable; (c) You need to mention your order
number, the date of order and your date of receipt; (d) Ensure that the return package is appropriately
sealed and sent to us as any damage in transit will continue to be your responsibility and this policy
will cease to be applicable; (e) We have a dedicated team which will check the returned products and
their decision of your request will be final to accept or reject; (f) In case your request is accepted
by our team, we would refund you an amount upto Rs. 100 towards the shipping cost or provide you with a

additional requirements for specific products: (a) For boxes in which the product is stored: Ensure all
components are intact included any beads, threads, glass motifs, zips, buckles, etc. The boxes must be
unwashed and there should no stains. (b) For lenses: Ensure no scratches are made. Lens should remain
intact and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and any other extras or
complimentary offers, if any. (c) For glasses: Ensure no scratches are made. The frames should not be
bent or twisted. All screws and any embedment should remain intact and must be returned with all the
original box, instructions, guarantee and any other extras or complimentary offers, if any. The refund,
return or exchange process will be initiated only after we have received the product/s in the condition
as mentioned above. As stated you could either get a refund of cash or exchange it for a voucher. If
this is not applicable, you could exchange the purchase product for a different product of the same
value or a higher value. No difference will be paid in case the exchange is made for a product of a
lower value. If the exchanged product selected is of a price higher than the original item, any price
difference will be paid by you. The option will be communicated either via an e-mail provided by you to
us or through a contact number which you have notified us or through our app. We are not responsible for
any incorrect or mis-leading contact details. You will have a period of 7 (seven) days to confirm your
decision about refund or exchange to us. In the event we do not receive any communication from you then
your opportunity to obtain a refund, or exchange will lapse. Apart from these, in the case the original
manufacturers/producer/reseller provide any specific warranty, then, those will be applicable subject to
your compliance with the warranty terms mentioned therein. With respect to the warranty offered by the
original manufacturer /producer/reseller, wewould not be responsible or liable for the same. Your claims
will have to be raised with the original manufacturer /producer/reseller. If feasible, wemay provide
reasonable assistance in this regard. This policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to
provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.
Notwithstanding the above, on cash on delivery orders whether online or cash orders through stores,
refunds will not be issued.
Customers may request to exchange a purchased item for another product. In such cases, if the exchange
product selected by the Customer is priced lower than the original item, any price difference will not
be refunded. However, if the exchanged product selected by the Customer is price higher than the
original item, any price difference will be paid by the Customer.
Claiming Insurance
We offer vision insurance to cover accidental damage/breakage of eyeglasses/sunglasses at just ₹199 per
order! The insurance provider is Reliance General Insurance Company Limited (RGICL).
How to Claim Insurance
In case of an accident, check your billing date & hence the coverage of insurance.
If the Insurance is valid (within 1 year from the date of dispatch), you can visit any of our stores
with the damaged eyewear & our team will help you out with your concern.
The team will evaluate the damage, ascertain the genuineness of the case & file for insurance claim on
your behalf. You can also put in a request for exchange/replacement of the product then & there, and pay
any balance amount (if applicable).
Once the insurance is approved (within 1-2 days), the new order will automatically get processed &
dispatched to your address.
Deductible Amount
Whenever a customer claims insurance, Lenskart deducts a certain amount from the product value & then
generates an exchange link for the same.

The coverage is for accidental breakage on eyeglasses/sunglasses only. RGICL reserves the right to
reject a claim if the product is found to be broken intentionally or by any other reason which is not an
accident.
If the eyewear is eligible for repair, all attempts will be made to do so before the disbursement of any
claim amount.
The insurance does not cover any claims related to breakage during shipping of said product to the
customer. In case you receive a damaged product, you may contact the Lenskart customer care team by
phone/email.
Lenskart & RGICL reserve the right to amend/withdraw the insurance at their sole discretion without any
prior notice.
Under the Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer or in a non-BOGO order, only one item will be covered under
insurance.

How to claim warranty
Customers are required to submit 3-4 clear pictures of the product along with their order Id and contact
details. Customer can connect on Lenskart chat support with us and submit their pictures
The team will review the claim and revert within 24 to 48 working hours
Complete warranty claim process involves validation of defects through the expert team and hence the
complete process could take 5-7 working days. Updates and status/ clarification on your claim shall be
sent on email
For issues which are repairable, customers are required to visit any of the nearby stores and claim
repair services Free Of Cost. These type of issues are not covered in warranty
In case insurance was purchased with the order and customers wish to claim the same, they are advised to
visit the nearest store along with KYC document (aadhar card, passport etc). Refer to Insurance policy for

As your eyeglasses are a product of daily usage, kindly follow the cleaning and maintenance protocol

Other terms and conditions
Above policy is applicable for all products including eyeglasses, sunglasses and contact lenses.
Products such as lens cleaner, cases etc are not covered under warranty.
Warranty period starts from the date of product delivery
Warranty for an exchange order is limited to the period of master order only and will not get refreshed
Once warranty is approved, customers should be able to place an exchange order for any product and lens
package combination restricted to the value of master order
In case the same frame or lens package is not available, the company shall not be responsible. If a
different frame or lens package is selected with a higher cost, the difference amount will not be borne by
the company. Similarly, if the exchange order cost is lower than the master order, the balance amount will
not be refunded in any condition and in any form.
Refund request shall not be entertained in any scenario during warranty period
Store credits will not be allotted in lieu of exchange. The customer can only place an exchange order

whenever you open any of our emails on your phone/desktop/other devices (if it supports such capabilities).
(d) Sharing information received by you: If another business partner is involved in the transactions you
make, your information will not be shared, in any way, with said business partner.
(e) Business transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might merge or be acquired by another
company. In such a case, your information will generally be one of the transferred business assets. We will

How to claim warranty
Customers are required to submit 3-4 clear pictures of the product along with their order Id and contact
details. Customer can connect on Lenskart chat support with us and submit their pictures
The team will review the claim and revert within 24 to 48 working hours
Complete warranty claim process involves validation of defects through the expert team and hence the
complete process could take 5-7 working days. Updates and status/ clarification on your claim shall be
sent on email
For issues which are repairable, customers are required to visit any of the nearby stores and claim
repair services Free Of Cost. These type of issues are not covered in warranty
In case insurance was purchased with the order and customers wish to claim the same, they are advised to
visit the nearest store along with KYC document (aadhar card, passport etc). Refer to Insurance policy for
all details and coverage
As your eyeglasses are a product of daily usage, kindly follow the cleaning and maintenance protocol
such as -
Never keep glasses lens down
Always use case for storage
Always use selvet for cleaning
Use lens cleaner and not any other liquid
Other terms and conditions
Above policy is applicable for all products including eyeglasses, sunglasses and contact lenses.
Products such as lens cleaner, cases etc are not covered under warranty.
Warranty period starts from the date of product delivery
Warranty for an exchange order is limited to the period of master order only and will not get refreshed
Once warranty is approved, customers should be able to place an exchange order for any product and lens
package combination restricted to the value of master order
In case the same frame or lens package is not available, the company shall not be responsible. If a
different frame or lens package is selected with a higher cost, the difference amount will not be borne by
the company. Similarly, if the exchange order cost is lower than the master order, the balance amount will
not be refunded in any condition and in any form.
Refund request shall not be entertained in any scenario during warranty period
Store credits will not be allotted in lieu of exchange. The customer can only place an exchange order
Once activated, the membership cannot be transferred to another user.
Gift Card cannot be used for branded contact lenses, including but not limited to Bausch + Lomb, Johnson &
Johnson, Alcon, Freshlook, and Acuvue. Excluded brands may be updated by Lenskart from time to time.
Gift Card can only be used for Aqualens contact lenses on Lenskart's website, app, offline stores, and
affiliate platforms.
In cases where the Lenskart order is canceled, the Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source gift
card account with its original expiry.
Payments using Gift Vouchers, Store Credit, Gift Cards, LK Cash, or Cash+ are not applicable on the
Contactskart website.

Free Lens Replacement: You can replace your lenses once for free by paying 199 fitting fee, no

You can submit your power details after completing the purchase in a number of ways - by uploading a picture

cancellation options as listed below so you can enjoy a 100% risk-free shopping experience.
If your order is out for delivery per the status on the app, cancellation is not possible. You may
