Lenskart Style Guide

Overview

At Lenskart, how we show up at our retail stores matters - for our customers and for the experience we are building together. We aim to create a store environment that feels welcoming, trustworthy, and professional. A clean, safe, and well-presented appearance helps us do that - and reflects the care we bring to every customer interaction.

At the same time, as a proudly Indian company, we recognize and celebrate the rich cultural diversity that defines our country.

We care about professionalism, hygiene, and fully respect personal, cultural, and religious expression. This diversity is not just acknowledged but genuinely valued as part of what makes Lenskart the workplace it is.

We are committed to applying these guidelines fairly and consistently. We will continue to review and improve our processes to ensure this.
