Q1. Do I have to pay additional customes or import fees?
A. Every country has its own laws concerning additional customs and import fees. To

Please note that all payments on Lenskart.us are processed in USD. As such, payments made with other
currencies are subject to conversion rates.
Q2. What is your return policy ?
A. Lenskart offers a 14-day return policy. To learn more, please email us at
support@lenskart.us
When contacting us, please state your reason for returning the product and your order number.
To fully complete the return/exchange process, you are required to send the products back to us. Refund
transactions will be made to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.
Q3. How long does it take to create my eyewear?
A. We send your order out for delivery 5-12 business days after we confirm your
order. This time period includes our crafting and quality assurance process (which takes 2-5 business days)
and delivery time (which takes 5-7 business days).
Q4. Is your eyewear high quality ?
A. From frame crafting to lens fitting, we pride ourselves on our commitment to
perfection. For materials, our frames demand only the most top-shelf steel, titanium, acetate and plastic.
Our 1-year warranty is a sign of our confidence. If you experience any defects or concerns, please email us

Q5. I don't currently have my prescription. Can I place an order and provide it
later ?
A. Yes you may! After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your
prescription details. Once you have them, simply reply to it! Alternatively, you may also email your
prescription details and order number directly to support@lenskart.us
Q6. Where do I submit my prescription ??
A. Once you select a frame and lens bundle, you can choose to either manually input
your prescription details or upload a photo of your prescription. If you currently don’t have your
prescription details on hand, you can select “I’ll Update Later”. For assistance, please email us at
support@lenskart.us.
Q7. Can Lenskart craft lenses with complex prescriptions ? ( Progressive, Bifocal,
Etc )
A.Yes! Precision lens cutting technology allows us to craft lenses fit for every
prescription: single vision, bifocal, and progressive. Over 1 million customers can vouch for their accuracy
and quality.
Q8. What if my glasses don’t fit me, or have incorrect lenses ?
A. In the rare circumstance that your glasses don’t fit you or have been fitted with
incorrect lenses, it would be our pleasure to help you replace them. Please email us at support@lenskart.us

Q9. What sizes and fits does your eyewear come in??
A. We offer three frame sizes: small, medium, and large. 95% of our customers fit our

Q10. What products does lenskart.us sell ?
A. Lenskart crafts and sells the following products: eyeglasses, sunglasses, computer
glasses, reading glasses, and kids’ eyeglasses.
Q11. Do you sell contact lenses?
A.Sorry! We currently do not sell contact lenses.
Q12. Do you sell polarized prescription sunglasses?
A. Sorry! At the moment, we only sell non-polarized prescription sunglasses.
Q13. What colored lens tints are available for prescription sunglasses?
A. When customizing a pair of prescription sunglasses, you have three lens color
options: green, gray, and brown.
Q14. What designer brands does lenskart.us offer?
A. We are proud to carry the following designer brands: Vincent Chase (VC), John
Jacobs (JJ), Lenskart Air (LA), Lenskart Junior, and Lenskart Readers.
Q15. What payment options are available?
A. We accept all widely-used forms of online payment. This includes debit/credit
cards such as VISA, American Express, etc. We also accept PayPal.
Q16. Do i need a lenskart.us account to make a purchase?
A. No! You do not need to create a Lenskart.us account to make a purchase. However,
an account will allow you to use these useful features:
Save your customer information so you can buy frames with only your email address
View, manage, and download your order history and invoices.
Q17. I forgot my login password. what should i do?
A. At the login page, please click on “Forgot Password”. You will receive an email
soon instructing how to create a new password.
Q18. How do I create a lenskart.us account?
A. Hover your mouse over the “Account” tab on the upper right hand of the website
page. Then, click “Sign Up” to begin creating your account!
Q19. How can I receive or stop receiving email notifications from lenskart.us?
A. When you create your account, you are given the option to receive updates on our
biggest sales and newest collections. To stop receiving these updates, simply scroll to the bottom of any
email and select the “unsubscribe” option.
Q20. How do i track my order’s status?
A. Once we finish crafting your eyewear and send them out for delivery, you will
receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. In most circumstances your delivery will arrive
in 5-7 business days.
Q21. Do you have an offline store?
A. We currently do not have any offline stores. However, we take pride in making our
online shopping experience as simple and exceptional as possible!
Q22. Can I order eyewear with prism prescriptions?
A. Sorry! At this time we cannot fulfill orders with prism prescriptions.
Q23. Do you charge for shipping?
A. No! Lenskart prides itself on offering free shipping worldwide!
Q24. Can you deliver my order to a p.o box address?
A. Sorry! Unfortunately our courier partners do not deliver to P.O box addresses. For
a hassle free delivery, please offer a home address, business address, etc.
Q25. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
A. At Lenskart, we pride ourselves on our 1-year warranty policy. However, this
warranty excludes cases of:
Self-inflicted breakages/physical damage
Scratches
Typical wear and tear
Prescription concerns reported 30 days post delivery

Q26. I have a prescription for bifocal glasses. which lens type is preferable?
A. At Lenskart, we offer two types of lenses that suit your bifocal prescription:
a. Premium bifocals, which correct your vision for both near and distance objects.
b. Progressive lenses, which seamlessly correct vision for near, distant, and objects in between.

Q27. Can I add my astigmatism information to my lens order?
A. Absolutely! Once you’ve found a frame, simply add the CYL (cylinder) part of your
prescription into your prescription order information.
Q28. What category/level of polarized lenses do your sunglasses use?
A. We offer three levels of polarized sunglasses lenses: level 1, level 2, and level
3. Our most popular type is level 3, which features an 80% tint to protect your eyes from the sun..
