- The offer shall be valid on 100% prepaid orders only
- 3 Day delivery will be valid only on products purchased up to 4PM on the day the order is being placed. (3 day delivery means that it will be delivered by midnight of the 3rd day (e.g., if a customer orders on day T up to 4PM, all deliveries up to midnight of day T+3 will be considered as delivered in 3 days / compliant with the offer))
- Offer is not valid on orders containing contact lens solutions, whether bought stand alone, or in conjunction with a contact lens product

How can I claim a refund if my product is late?
- Refund claims shall be valid only if they are claimed within 2 days from receipt of the product that was delivered late
- In case the company is unable to comply with the offer, the company shall refund the price paid by the customer for that particular order
- In case the order is late as per the terms defined above, the customer can claim a refund by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
- In case of refund, the refund shall be made by the company through the same channel the payment was originally accepted by the company within 14 days from the date the claim is raised
- If the customer is not available up-till the first check-post of the premises of the designated delivery address/ at the designated delivery address or unavailable to accept delivery for any reason, or if the customer is not reachable, the company shall not be held liable and the offer shall stand cancelled
- Any delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect order related information, including but not limited to customer address, payment, power/prescription, etc. or any change in the same by the customer after placing the order, shall invalidate any claims under this offer
- In case the payment has been made through any financial service provider, eg. other online payment gateways, etc., then the purchase will be concluded subject to disbursement of the amount from the respective bank/ financial service provider which will be solely at their discretion
- The customer can order up-to a maximum quantity of 4 stock keeping units (SKUs) per order. Quantity restrictions apply
- Order can be placed for contact Lens product(s) under 24 Hour/ 3 or FREE even if they’re not readily available at store. However, it’ll be delivered only at customer’s doorstep.
- In case of any force majeure event, an act of God which is beyond the control of the company, this offer shall automatically stand withdrawn
