Great product
Wrong delivery place
My prepaid order was delivered to the wrong person without OTP verification, phone call, or identity confirmation. Even after raising a complaint, the same issue happened again with my remaining orders. This is a serious delivery security lapse and caused unnecessary stress and confusion, especially because the app tracking was also inaccurate. I request strict action against the delivery partner and proper verification checks for all future deliveries.
