Went to yishun northpoint branch to get my loose specs tighten. Natasha was so kind enough to offer help. She tightened my glasses and replaced the nosepads. Very kind and pleasant service. Was a bit disrespected by another guy worker there.

went to visit the branch today on 21/04/24. my spectacles bought from Lenskart was dented and i asked her if she could help me adjust it. she adjusted it quickly and was very helpful!! the staff here are all very friendly and welcoming. thank you to the kind staff :)

Went to the store to make progressive lens glasses. 1st time using progressive lens and not use to it. Am glad Dina assisted me to reassess my degrees and changed the lens that suits me. Kudos to Dina for her patience and explain to me how to use progressive lens to see distance and reading. Finally I got the pairs of glasses that meet my needs after 4 visits.

Went for a service of the frame and got it fixed in few mins. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went back to adjust my glasses as it was deformed due to mishandling. Good service by Trevor. Felt welcomed into the shop.

We had a really good experience at the Lenskart outlet at Northpoint City, Yishun, thanks to Amla. She was very patient and took the time to recommend suitable options for both me and my son. At no point did we feel pressured to buy anything. My son plays basketball and unfortunately breaks his spectacles quite often. Amla explained the different frame options and suggested which ones would be more durable and suitable for someone active like him. That advice was very helpful for us. She also shared some information about contact lens options for the future if my son ever wants to try them, but again there was no hard selling, just helpful guidance. Overall, the whole process of choosing our spectacles was smooth and hassle-free. Really appreciate the great service. We will definitely be back again should we need new spectacles again.
