While visiting Singapore, I required repairs to my glasses frame and went to Lenskart Chinatown Point on the chance they could help. They were very friendly, most helpful and quickly repaired my glasses. They are highly recommended for their great service.

Went down to Chinatown Point to get a new pair of glasses—Jacky was super helpful throughout the process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and gave honest opinions when I was choosing frames. He made sure the fit was just right and explained the lens options clearly. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant—definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for glasses and great service! Got a free gift too.

Went down on Monday morning 14 April to inquire on their ongoing lens replacement promotion. Took up the $100 option (option 2) where there was a $30 voucher, hence only paid $70. Didn’t need the optician as my current spectacles lens were recently replaced earlier this year. Thus the process was very fast and was told my order will be ready within a week. On the next day Tuesday evening 15 April, received a WhatsApp informing my order was ready! Went down the following day Wednesday 16 April to collect and tested it out which was perfect! Highly recommend Lenskart as their prices are really cheaper but at good quality. Speed is also very fast. This is my 2nd time patronizing Lenskart.
